Fine Silver Shawl Pin with Blue & Silver Glass Butterfly

I created this beautiful blue butterfly at my torch, using soft glass and silver foil. I then twisted 14 gauge fine silver wire, added a couple of silver beads, and, Voila! a shawl pin.

The butterfly is 1" tall at the body, and the wings measure 1 3/8" wide across. The overall length of the pin is 5 3/4". The Fine Silver Pin Holder is oval shaped, 1 1/2" x 1 1/4".

As with all my beads, this one has been kiln annealed for strength and durability, but remember that it IS glass, and treat it with care.

The perfect accessory for your shawl, scarf, or sweater, but it is not suitable for tightly woven fabrics.

I have tried my best to present colors as accurately as possible but monitors will vary.
