SHIPPING INFORMATION

All items will be shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment excluding Sundays and Holidays and unless otherwise notified.


Shipping Rates:
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation.

Domestic Orders up to $30 = $3.00
$30.01 - $50 = $4.00
$50.01 - $100.00 = $4.50
$100.01 - $200.00 = $7.50 (including insurance)
$200.01 - $300.00 = $8.85 (including insurance)

Orders to Canada: $0 - $50 = $3.30
$50.01 - $100.00 = $5.85 (including insurance)
$100.01 - $200.00 = $7.58 (including insurance)
$200.01 - $300.00 = $8.85 (including insurance)

Orders to Mexico: $0 - $50 = $4.00
$50.01 - $100.00 = $6.58 (including insurance)
$100.01 - $200.00 = $8.85 (including insurance)
$200.01 - $300.00 = $9.50 (including insurance)


Insurance is not required on orders under $100, but can be provided at an extra cost. Insurance will be included in the shipping fee for all orders over $100.

Other shipping arrangements may be made upon request; please contact me for Priority Mail, FedEx, Express Mail, or other shipping rates.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping cost is determined by the price of the item or items, and all shipping/handling overages on multiple item orders will be refunded. Once your order is received, shipping will be recalculated based on the actual cost of the items and adjustments will be made. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may present.

Refunds & Exchanges

I hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but in the event that you are not, and wish to return an item:

Returns must be received by Purple Butterfly within 10 days of your receipt date, unused, and in its original condition. Purchases will be refunded at full price minus the shipping costs. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. It is suggested that your insure the item for your protection.

If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please contact me before sending back the item, and I will be glad to accommodate your request to the best of my ability.

All my beads are kiln annealed for strength and durability, but being glass, care should be taken in handling them.

While I have tried to capture the colors as accurately as possible, monitors will vary.
