Irridescent Glass Leaf Pendant Bead

This leaf pendant bead is made of a reactive soft glass. It imparts an irridescent quality to the leaf, with undertones of gold and purple.

The leaf measures 2 3/8" long, including the bail, and is 1 1/4 " at its widest point. It was made on a 3/16" mandrel allowing it to be strung on fairly substantial cords or chains, as shown in the secomnd photo, but can also be strung on thin chains as well.

While I have tried to capture the colors as accurately as possible, monitors will vary.

All my beads are, kiln annealed for strength and durability, but being glass, care should be taken in handling them.
